Rates/Deposits/Restrictions
(Updates effective for 2022 season)

Rates:

$212.50 per night Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday;

$275.00 per night Friday, Saturday and Sunday and Holidays.

$1300.00 per week.

3 night minimum charge during holidays.

Deposit: $250.00 security deposit needed for reservations. Non-refundable if canceled within 30 days of arrival. 

50% of cost of stay due 30 days before arrival.

Balance due at arrival.

Copy of Driver’s license will be needed at check in.

Deposit will be returned after cottage is cleaned and we are sure there is no damage to cottage or property belongings as well as ensuring that all furnishings are still present.

Refund will occur no later than 7 days after checkout if everything is intact.

Cleaning deposit: A $100.00 non-refundable cleaning deposit will be added.

Pets are approved on an individual basis. Nonrefundable deposit of $50.00 per pet .

Anyone renting the cottage will need to be 25 years of age or older and show proof of identification.
